Jonathan Hunt has taught fifth grade, sixth grade, a special day class, and worked as an elementary school librarian.  He has judged the Newbery Medal, the Printz Award, the Boston Globe-Horn Book Award, and the Los Angeles Times Book Prize.  He reviews for Horn Book Magazine.
